I received basic knowledge on machines, cartridges and pigment. Terry takes her job as an instructor over the top because of her passion for the industry. She truly wants to see her students thrive in this business and be taught well. She absolutely loves what she does and it shines. Terry remains a text or a phone call away for any questions or help that I need. She is an excellent instructor because of her patience and her skill of never making you feel inadequate or stupid....you will not regret one minute or any money spent taking her course. To be fair, I have taken another class with a totally different instructor and I did not leave with the confidence to work on clients. This experience made me appreciate Terry even more.
